The apartment consists of 2 independent rooms, is cozy, spacious and fully furnished to give comfort to the tenants.

It is located at 5 Majora Street in a well-communicated district of Prądnik Czerwony- Majora stop- comfortable access to any part of the city.

The amount of rent is fixed, unchanged throughout the term of the contract - independent of inflation. The rent already includes all fees, including utilities, heating, electricity and Internet. Direct rental - NO PROVISION!

Independent room, lockable, equipped with a double set of furniture, such as:

laundry dryer.

The room comes with a balcony.

The room is intended for young people working or studying, in the age range from 18 to about 30 years old, who appreciate peace and quiet in the apartment :)
